Payment terms : Deposit 25% of holiday payable on booking, 75% payable 8 weeks before holiday
A bond of 180 Euros is required for each booking. This is refundable after a positive inspection of the property.
The chalet is a non-smoking and no pet property.

Language
The official language in Bulgaria is Bulgarian. The Bulgarian language belongs to the group of the Slavic languages and it is very close to Russian, Macedonian and Serbo-Croatian languages. The majority of people speak English, Russian, German and French.
Bulgarians shake their heads from the left to the right to express "YES".
Weather
The Bulgarian climate is ideal for holidays. From May to September, the temperature in the Rhodope mountins ranges from 20 to 30 degrees. This increases in July and August, especially on the low ground near Plovdiv. The Spring and Autumn seasons are picturesque with nature providing a beatiful backdrop of changing leaf colour and floral displays. In the winter months, the temperature drops to make way for ther snowfall for ideal skiing conditions. The ski resorts in the area are known to be the sunniest ski resorts in Europe, with 120 days of sunshine during the ski season with snow fall during the night. The valley where the chalet is positioned attracts clear skys with plenty of sunshine.

Cash can be drawn at banks and currency exchange and cash point machines are readily available that accept all major credit and debit cards.

Religion
90% of Bulgarian people are Orthodox Christians and celebrate the traditional Christian holidays - Christmas, Easter and the name days of Bulgarians named after Archangels, Saints and Martyrs. About 8% are Muslims and a few are gypsies. As a whole Bulgarian people are very obliging and hospitable.
Phone, internet & postal services
Local and international telephone services are covered through automatic street telephones.
Mobile phone coverage is excellent and you will have no problems with using mobile phones in the mountains. Phone suppliers have now been made to reduce European calls and the average cost is 0.50 Euro.
Postal services do not differ from the ones in Europe or North America.
Internet services are offered in Internet cafes in Plovdiv, Chepelare, and the hotels in Pamporovo.
Passports & visa
